Campground Rules
 

CAMPGROUND RULES & REGULATIONS

FOR GENERAL USE OF THE GROUNDS

1.     Check out time is 2 pm. for overnight camping and 9 pm for day use. Please insure all garbage has been properly disposed in receptacles provided. Household garbage ONLY, do not leave garbage outside of containers or in fire pits. Make sure that your  fire is OUT.  

2.     Sites rented or leased may be occupied by the leasing party only. Any and all visitors you receive MUST register and pay at the office upon entering the grounds, whether they walk in, bike in, drive in, come by boat, etc. Visitor’s vehicles MUST be parked outside of the gate on the east side. All visitors visiting overnight campers must leave by 10 pm.  

3.     For the consideration of others, quiet between 11 pm and 8 am. shall be observed. Turn OFF all radios etc. No loud music is permitted at any time.  

4.     All pets must be kept on al leash at all times and CLEANED UP AFTER. No pets are permitted on the beach or in park area. You can take them for a swim left of the dock on the doggy beach. Do not leave animals unattended. Excessive barking or other disturbances will not be tolerated.  

5.     No alcoholic beverages allowed on grounds other than your own site. The use of illegal drugs is not permitted.  

6.     Children must be supervised at all times, especially at the lakefront. Children under 10 years of age are not permitted in the rec room without an adult or youth 14 years or older to supervise them.  

7.     Fires may be made only in the fire pits provided. Please do not scrounge wood from the campground. Firewood is available at the store. Fire pits are provided at the beach for your use.  

8.     Cutting down of trees, clearing of brush or removal of any limbs is strictly prohibited. Do not put nails in trees.  

9.     FIREARMS, firecrackers or other noisemakers are prohibited. Quads, trikes or other ATV’S are not permitted.  

10.    All fish must be cleaned at the fish cleaning station down by the lakefront. Fishing is NOT permitted off of the dock.  

11.    The gate is locked from 8AM to 10PM, Closed 24 hrs /day durning Pilgramidge.  If for any reason you need in or
         out within those hours please park your vehicles out side of the gate to the east and walk in or out.  

12.    SPEED LIMIT IS 10 KM PER HOUR. YIELDTO PEDESTRIANS AND BICYCLES.  

13.    Absolutely NO dumping of gray water on grounds. Please use the sani-dump station located by the office.  

14.    The dock is for loading and unloading purposed only. Do not tie boats to the dock. NO bicycles, running or horseplay is permitted on the dock. Anchoring boats left of the dock only.  

15.    Site rental includes storage of ONE rv/boat and ONE vehicle. No substitutions please. Additional vehicles must be parked on the east, outside of the gate. Parking of vehicles on the road or vacant sites is NOT permitted.  

16.    Anyone not obeying the rules and regulations of the campground will be evicted and will not receive a refund. Foul language and disrespect to others using the campground will not be tolerated.  

17.    Kacikewin rv campground and cabins bears no responsibility for loss of damage to any person or property of thing howsoever caused and the renter indemnifies and saves harmless Kacikewin rv campground and cabins, its employees representatives, officers and agents, from any and all claims. The person who signs the responsibility note is responsible to make all rules known to all in his or her party.  

THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY THE USE OF THE CAMPGROUNDS.
